We made this process seamless and fast, so doctors had their money almost immediately.

In Germany we have established a different operation structure. We want to provide a better and easier way for doctors and patients to connect and manage services between each other. We want to provide a safe, secure, trustworthy service where doctors patients and software companies can all leverage our software and benefit from our exclusive and extra services.

We decided it is better to be smaller and not grow at a rate where we need to borrow money or have Venture Capital focused on return on investment. We rather entirely focus on quality, reliability, security and continuity. We are now a medium sized company with stability and focus on delivering the best services for our customers.

If we took funding offered by investors, we would be at their mercy if those Investors stopped funding. Then we close, losing our valued and trusted hard-working staff, or get sold off to other companies who do not hold security, privacy and quality of service in the high standards that we do. Our people are our greatest assets.

Once a company is not within your control who knows what happens to the data you hold?

We have stayed in business by profits earned by providing quality and safe and secure services that medical professionals want and need at a price that is fair and reasonable. This is backed up by our commitment to the highest possible data security standards that far exceed what most companies do.

Every day we look at other company security breaches including data hacks of big companies and even governments. We see that many of these companies say they care about your security but if their data is getting successfully hacked then do they really care? All data can be hacked. We do not lie about this. BUT a hack of data is useless if the stealing party or hacker, cannot use it. Imagine you want to cook dinner. You go to the supermarket and buy all the groceries. It is all fresh. You want to HACK this shopping, so you grab it and run out the doors and do not pay. The security man falls over and you are gone. A successful hack with the goods in your basket.
