Booking Sheet Overview

Where your PROVIDERS will do all their work This is another powerful tool for your practice or management. Booking sheets display booking information and allow you to interact with data within one page, you can do treatment notes, send patient SMS and complete booking.

This page is just like any other calendar, you can adjust the display by day if you want to see 1 day or 7 day. It’s flexible and makes what fits your style, you can set colour coordinates according to your services or status of the booking.

The system only shows providers scheduled when the provider is available on the selected date. Otherwise, the system will hide the booking slot from the display.

Booking sheet New version

• Clinic icon:

  By default system will select only 1 clinic for calendar view but you can select additional clinic to add into calendar view by using this option

• Colour tank icon:

  Explanation of what each colour coordination meant

• Provider icon:

  You can select to view specific provider on the calendar sheet

• Rotation icon:

  To switch back to the former version

• Refresh icon:

  This is to refresh the calendar sheet in case the system fails to refresh the update for you.

• View by day

  Option for you to view bookings by number of days you wish to see. You can select to say 1 day up to 7 days.

• Today:

  Shortcut to jump back the current day view

Note:

System may take longer to load if you are using a 7 days view with a very busy calendar. It takes time for system to fetch all the data

Booking Sheet version

Booking sheet can be switched between 2 versions, the new version and the former version. Both are very identical and the only differences are layout and speed. Newer version is a bit faster.
