Products and Services

The products and services page is where you can add new items and adjust item settings that fit your clinic management. This includes item display on online booking, services, claim id which uses in an invoice for claiming, services restriction by clinic and remainder, the colour indicator on the booking sheet, etc You can find more settings detail below:

  • Description: name of the services
  • Short description:
  • Clinic: You can assign the item to the specific clinic, only providers that allocate to that clinic can be booked in with this service
  • Type: indicate the type of item you add.
  • Profession: When you assign the service type to a specific profession, the service will only display upon booking for that type of profession.
  • Item code: item code allows you to insert code manually and use it for claiming with the party you wish to claim for the services.
  • Booking alert: This allows you to set the booking reminder to the patient before the appointment. You can send it by SMS or Email and add a custom message
  • Follow-up booking alert: this type of message will send out after the appointment is completed, for example, a message will send out by SMS or email from x number of days after an appointment.
  • Form: If you have any form that the patient needs to fill in before the appointment date, you can create the form and set it to send out to the patient.
  • Custom colour: you can set the custom colour of the services on the booking sheet to help you identify the services easier on your booking sheet.
  • Allow on patient appointment sheet (client website): Hide or unhide this item from the online booking
  • Show prices on patient appointment sheet (client website): Hide or display the price of the item in online booking.
  • Allow online purchase: if the item is the actual product you can set this option so it can be purchased in an online webshop.

Setting up Products and Services

  1. Click on Booking and sales (left menu) to expand the menu > click "Products and Services"
  2. Then the system will navigate you to the products table, scroll down to the end of the line and fill in the necessary information to create the products and services then click insert. 
  3. Now click on the item name to enter the details page of the product or click on edit mode and scroll to the right to find the suitable settings for your need.
