Adding New Patients

Overview

This page obtains a lot of information fields about your patient. We like to give options to our users but it’s not necessary to fill in all the fields.

These are the sections below that we recommend you filling in about your patient to avoid any complication with the system such as billing and claims, letter sending or invoice sending

  • Patient “Personal Information”

    • First name
    • Surname
    • Date of Birth
  • Patient address is integrated with the Google Map application. As the patient is added, it will get recognized by google and the user can select the address accordingly. If patient address is not there, you can select the closest address database and manually adjust the address of the patient, Email address is very important, Mobile number
  • Patient billing options: Enter Insurance Company details if you have any

Once you have fill in in the information, you can click “Add”

Edit and Accessing Patient Profile

It’s not a problem if you didn’t add certain information when creating a new patient profile. You can always come back and edit the patient profile later on.
